| 油脂专用压滤机 |
采用符合食品行业卫生标准并且耐油的隔膜滤板，隔膜材料制为聚丙烯(pp)，利用油(空气)对隔膜压榨，压榨压力1.6MPa,使得滤饼较干，得油率高。
2.压榨过程结束后，对各管道实行正吹/反吹，将残留在管道中的油吹回到结晶罐中，并使得滤饼从滤布上剥离，卸料时易于脱落
3.所得液油通过特殊的透明的软管收集到总管当中，便于观察到滤液的浊度状况，而且有效的防止液油接触空气氧化，影响产品的口味，内衬钢丝网的半透明软管不易折断、不易压扁、保证了液油排出流道的畅通
4.滤布及滤布清洗：滤布是隔膜压滤机应用于油脂分提工艺的核心技术，直接影响着分担的效果与收得率的高低，本公司采用瑞士制造的滤布，使用于硬脂和液油的分离，具有滤液清、滤饼易脱落的特点

2.After squeezing,blow/anti-blow compressed air to evey pipes to bring all the residual oil back to crystallizer；all the cakes can be discharged easily from filter cloth.
3.In orde to observe tubidity degree and to prevent oxygenation which will insult oil taste,all the olein are collected by special transparent hoses to a main pipe,Inner steel screen liner translucent hose can't be snapped or staved to guarantee open drains for olein
4.Filter cloth and filter cloth washing:Filter cloth is the core techology of oil fractionation membrane filter press,Filter cloth will affects fractioation result and oil yield rate.long yuan used in fractionation for stearin and olein having chara cteristics of clean filtrate,easy cake discharging |
